All services require a deposit that goes towards your total amount.

This is to secure your appointment and locked in with any specials that may be going on that time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelled appointments automatically forfeit the non-refundable deposit/retainer. If cancelled within our 5 Day policy, you will automatically be charged a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. A new retainer will be required for a new appointment. Deposits/retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One reschedule with 5 days notice is allowed without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests and request received within 5 days of the appointment will be charged a Reschedule Fee of 20% of the total cost of the service.

No show, ghosted appointments will be charged 100% of cost of your service. Retainer/Deposit is automatically forfeited. You will no longer be welcomed as a client .

There will be a client information and consent forms to fill out
We choose the best pigment based on your fitz scale (hair & skin type)
I map & shape your eyebrows and/or your lips to your liking and my professional opinion
I do provide after care kits for each service day of with sample containers of skin products
I will suggest you purchase the skin products I provide you to help retain your pigment

We will keep your personal data in strict accordance with General Data Protection Regulation. All our clients have full confidentiality at our practice. We abide by the HIPAA. We like to ensure that you are fully protected and that your personal information is safe with us.

*Anyone with skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis on the area being treated

*Anyone under 18 years of age

*Anyone with active skin cancer in the treated area

*Anyone who has experiences inflammatory hyper pigmentation

*Anyone with undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area

*Anyone with TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS, for example Hepatitis or HIV

*Anyone with healing disorders

*Anyone taking skin medications such as antasure, roacctaine, and steroids that make the skin become thin and very sensitive

*Anyone currently under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment (any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must be no less than 42 days ago from the date of the treatment)

*Anyone is epileptic, who has experienced faints spells or seizures

*Anyone who is pregnant and/or lactating (feeding baby) 

You aware the technician shall be exempt from all subsequent claims, demands, compensation of damages, actions and causes of action arising from the provided service. You understand the technician will reserve their right to make any subsequent claims against me for defamation proceedings before the court for any

You agree that you will not write any negative

reviews online. I will not publish any complaints, negative or defamatory reviews via any other means, including social media platforms and forums. If you have any concerns, you will contact the technician directly.

Failure to abide by this agreement, will result in a claim against you by a sum advised by the artists
